Meet Dr. Steven L. Reizer
Dr. Reizer is a licensed chiropractor with over 28 years of experience. He provides traditional chiropractic care to patients of all ages in his private practice in Boiling Springs, SC - Carolina Chiropractic.

Chiropractic Adjustments
Our chiropractic adjustments are safe, non-invasive, and effective. We use a variety of hands-on and instrument assisted techniques to restore your body's natural alignment, relieve pain, and improve your function and mobility.
Impulse IQ Instrument Adjustments
We understand that not every patient likes a hands-on adjustment, and some are fearful of the "popping" sound that often accompanies traditional chiropractic techniques. For those patients, we utilize the Impulse IQ Adjusting Instrument - a computerized percussive instrument that gives the doctor real-time feedback both as the adjustment is taking place and when the adjustment is finished. This low-force technique is safe for patients of all ages.
Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression
We have a special interest in helping patients with disc problems avoid spinal surgery. For patients diagnosed with bulging or herniated discs, sciatica, neck and arm pain, spinal stenosis, facet syndrome, and even failed back surgery, we utilize Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression on the DRX9000 - the finest decompression system available today.
Shockwave Therapy
Don't let the name scare you! Shockwave Therapy is incredibly effective and widely used in the treatment of acute and chronic pain in muscles, tendons, and joints. The Piezowave2 utilizes focused sound waves to target tissues at varying depths to compress and manipulate tissue. The resulting mechanical stimulus leads to increased circulation, improved mobility, and pain relief.

“I was having sciatic nerve pain on my left side. I had stopped doing anything because of the severe pain that was 24 hours a day. It was most severe at night and I was never able to get more than 40 minutes of sleep at one time. I was sent to a pain management doctor who tried shots, epidurals, steroids, pain medications, etc. and got no relief.
When I came to Dr. Reizer I was so depressed and in such pain I thought my life was surely over. I could not even enjoy being with my children and grandchildren. I had considered giving up my kennel (I raise and show collies), and moving out of my home and into an assisted living. I had always been very independent and now could do almost nothing.
It was quite a decision to have the treatments because I would be driving 75 miles from my house to Dr. Reizer’s clinic. People thought I was crazy to drive 150 miles a day, but I would have driven twice that far for the relief I have found.
It was the best decision I have ever made.
When I first came in my pain level was a 10+. After the third treatment I was able to sleep several hours without pain for the first time in 8 months. By the sixth treatment my pain level was down to a 2 or 3. I was amazed. After the treatments I am back to doing everything I love. There is no way to explain how much the decompression therapy has meant to me. I take no pain medications whatsoever and have not had any pain over a 1 in weeks.”
